About ToolkitHQ

ToolkitHQ is a small portfolio of free, fast, no-signup calculators and reference tools for finance, health, math, and business.

About ToolkitHQ

ToolkitHQ is a small, growing library of free calculators and reference tools. We cover finance, health, math, business, and home improvement — the kind of question you Google at the moment you actually need the answer, not the kind you bookmark a year ahead.

Why we built this

Most calculator sites are either bloated with popups or locked behind an account wall. We thought a cleaner option was overdue: one quiet portfolio, every tool fast and free, no signup required. The calculators run in your browser. Your inputs and results stay on your device, not ours.

What you get for free

  • Every calculator works end-to-end without paying. Run any tool, save its link, share it — no signup, no watermark.
  • State-in-URL — each calculator’s inputs are written into the page URL (e.g. ?a=12000&r=6.5) so the result is bookmarkable and shareable.
  • Recent history — your last calculation on each tool is saved in your browser’s localStorage. Device-local, clearable by you, never transmitted to us.
  • Copy & print — one click to copy any result or print it via your browser.

What Pro adds

A one-time $19 upgrade unlocks PDF downloads across all tools (amortization schedules, branded invoices, comparison reports) and removes ads. It is a lifetime unlock — no recurring subscription, no auto-renewal.

How we make money

Free-tool pages display ads through Google AdSense. We don’t run ads inside the calculators, in the printouts, or on the Pro experience. The ads pay the bills so the calculators can stay free.

Who we are

ToolkitHQ is operated by Thomas William Diego Asenjo (ABN 25 303 258 251), a sole trader based in Victoria, Australia. We are a small team that prefers shipping quiet tools to chasing trends. If you spot a bug or have a tool you’d like to see added, get in touch.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t require accounts.
  • We don’t sell personal data to third parties.
  • We don’t use tracking cookies (Cloudflare’s cookieless analytics is the only measurement we run by default).
  • We don’t add tools we can’t build well — if a calculator here is shallow it stays shallow on purpose, and the briefing on the page says so honestly.

The calculators are estimates, not professional advice — see our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer. There’s also a Privacy Policy if you want to know exactly what we do and don’t touch.
