Response time
This is a small operation. Expect a reply within 2–3 business days for genuine enquiries. We don’t run a helpdesk with SLAs — we read and reply as a human.
What we don’t do over email
- Offer medical, legal, or financial advice — the calculators are estimates, and so is anything we say in a reply.
- Accept payment outside the on-site Pro upgrade flow.
- Process account deletion requests — because we don’t run accounts. There’s nothing to delete; your calculator history lives in your own browser’s localStorage and is clearable by you at any time.
No phone support, no live chat. Just email, and an honest reply.
